Eligibility: Winner must be 18 years of age or older, a resident of the United States, excluding Puerto Rico, and is only eligible to win one time per calendar year. Employees of ARAG and their family members are not eligible to win.
How to Enter: Individuals must register to win at ARAGlegal.com by submitting their name and email address by December 31, 2026, at noon CT. You must be the owner of the email account associated with the account from which your entry is made. ARAG is not responsible for lost or late entries or any computer, network or software malfunctions.
Frequency of Entering Drawing: One entry per person.
Selection of Winner/Odds of Winning: The winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. One winner will be selected. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries. ARAG claims no responsibility for results of the drawing.
Prize: Prize consisting of one of Kathy Najimy's favorite items. Redemption instructions will be emailed to the winner following the drawing at the email address provided to ARAG. The winner will be drawn on January 4, 2027. If winner notifies ARAG they do not want the prize, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn from the eligible entries received.
